HP purchased Teradici in 2021 and have now delivered HP Anyware as the future remote access software.
Whichever previous generation product you have, from RGS7 to HP Central Remote Boost , now is the time to plan your migration to HP Anyware.
Previous users of RGS 7 and ZCentral Remote Boost (and ZCentral Connect) V20 should plan to migrate to the HP Anyware license model as soon as possible to ensure that they are using software that is still supported by HP. Please note that RGS 7 is no longer supported by HP at this time and support for Remote Boost V20 ends in February 2023.
In addition, users who initially adopted a free Remote Boost license during 2022 as included software with a Z Workstation purchase will need to renew access in 2023 via the HP Teradici single subscription of HP Anyware Professional. If not renewed via the paid license model, Remote Boost will stop working for these users during January 2023.
