macOS and Apple Silicon Compatibility with Avid Products

Many Avid products run on desktop and laptop computers, and Avid’s teams continuously work to support the latest OS versions and computer hardware. 

Our teams are constantly working on qualifying Avid’s products for macOS updates and Apple silicon Macs (M1, M1 Pro, and M1 Max, M2, M3, and so on).  Below is a list of Avid products and their various qualifications with Apple’s OS and hardware at the current time. 

If a new OS or computer is not yet qualified, Avid recommends that you continue to use previously qualified hardware and operating systems until you see changes listed below. This article will be updated as changes in qualification status are made.
