Altered Images at MPTS 2026

Innovation, New Partnerships & Standout Technologies

The Media Production & Technology Show (MPTS) 2026 once again proved to be a highlight of the industry calendar, bringing together leading technology partners, creative professionals, and innovators from across the broadcast, post-production, and media landscape.

For Altered Images, this year’s event was all about showcasing the strength of our partnerships, connecting with both new and familiar faces, and introducing some exciting new additions to our ecosystem.

A Strong Line-Up of Industry Leaders

At MPTS this year, we were proud to represent a powerful portfolio of partners, including HP, Eizo, Autodesk, and Avid—each playing a key role in supporting modern media workflows.

From high-performance workstations and colour-critical displays to industry-standard creative software, our stand highlighted how these technologies come together to form robust, scalable solutions for production environments of all sizes.

The conversations we had across the show reflected a clear trend: organisations are continuing to prioritise efficiency, flexibility, and performance as they adapt to increasingly complex and distributed workflows.

Spotlight on Our Newest Partners

While our established partners drew strong interest—as expected—it was our newest partnerships that truly stole the show.

Amulet Hotkey

Amulet Hotkey generated significant attention throughout the event, with visitors keen to explore their powerful and flexible remote workstation solutions.

A major highlight was the CoreStation blade workstation system—a high-density 5U platform capable of supporting up to 12 workstations within a single chassis. Designed for performance and efficiency, the system enables simplified provisioning, centralised management, and impressive scalability.

Each blade PC can be configured with a dedicated NVIDIA RTX Blackwell GPU and Intel Core Ultra CPU, delivering the kind of performance required for demanding creative workflows—all while enabling secure, high-performance remote access.

Alongside this, their sleek and robust thin client solutions demonstrated how users can connect seamlessly to powerful centralised systems, supporting the growing demand for hybrid and remote working environments.

Glookast

Glookast also attracted major interest, with their Media Producer platform emerging as one of the standout technologies on display.

Designed to simplify and accelerate ingest and content creation workflows, Media Producer addresses one of the most time-critical stages in production. Visitors were particularly drawn to its ability to streamline processes that are traditionally manual, fragmented, or time-consuming.

As content demands continue to increase, solutions like Glookast’s are becoming essential—helping teams move faster, reduce bottlenecks, and focus more on creative output rather than operational complexity.

Key Themes from the Show

Across all conversations and demonstrations, several clear themes emerged:

  • Remote & Hybrid Workflows
The demand for high-performance remote access solutions continues to grow, with organisations seeking seamless ways to enable distributed teams without compromising on quality or responsiveness.
  • Workflow Automation
There is a strong shift towards automating repetitive and complex processes, allowing teams to work more efficiently and reduce manual intervention.
  • Scalability & Flexibility
Businesses are prioritising solutions that can scale with their needs—whether that’s expanding infrastructure, supporting more users, or adapting to new workflows.
  • Performance Without Compromise
From GPU-powered workstations to high-speed storage and optimised pipelines, performance remains at the core of every conversation.

Connecting with the Industry

Beyond the technology, MPTS continues to be an invaluable opportunity to connect with the industry. It was fantastic to catch up with existing clients, meet new contacts, and have meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of media production.

The level of engagement and interest we saw across the two days was incredibly encouraging and reinforces the importance of events like MPTS in bringing the community together.

Looking Ahead

MPTS 2026 was a strong reminder of how quickly the industry is evolving—and how important it is to stay ahead of the curve.

With the addition of partners like Amulet Hotkey and Glookast, alongside our established ecosystem, Altered Images is continuing to expand the solutions we offer—helping our clients build smarter, faster, and more future-ready workflows.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing these conversations beyond the show.
