Order before 2pm, for same day processing of your stock order. Orders after 2pm, or on a weekend, will be processed on the next working day.

* UPS Express Next Day for delivery Monday to Friday, so orders after 2pm Thursday would be dispatched Friday for delivery Monday
We hope your items reach you in perfect condition and will meet your requirements, but if an item is faulty, or not to your satisfaction please contact us straight away on 01932 255 666 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your web store order number.
Please report any faulty item within 14 days. We will work with you to find the quickest and best way to resolve that, either by returning the product to us, and we will ship a replacement, or in some circumstances the manufacturer will operate their own DoA (Dead on arrival) warranty process.
After 14 days any warranty claim will be in line with the Manufacturers standard warranty, terms and conditions.

Non-faulty goods (Business customers)
If you wish to return non-faulty goods, please contact us on 01932 255 666 or email email@example.com A return or refund request will be at our discretion and where applicable, restocking fees may be added.
Non-faulty goods (Consumer)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery, and have another 14 days to return any cancelled items for a refund. Requests beyond 14 days are at our discretion.
Goods returned to us must in full working order, and must be ‘as new’ and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
ESD Codes (Electronic Software Delivery) and Digital Downloads
Please note that all sales on digital products are final, and cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the system requirements have been met. Please call us if you need further advice before purchasing
Returning items with hygiene related components (Headphones / Microphones etc)
Products that have hygiene related contact points such as headphones/ microphones etc. that will come into contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back in an unused condition . Please contact us to discuss further.
