We hope your items reach you in perfect condition and will meet your requirements, but if an item is faulty, or not to your satisfaction please contact us straight away on 01932 255 666 or email us at sales@alteredimages.com   including your web store order number.

Faulty Items

Please report any faulty item within 14 days.  We will work with you to find the quickest and best way to resolve that, either by returning the product to us, and we will ship a replacement, or in some circumstances the manufacturer will operate their own DoA (Dead on arrival) warranty process.

After 14 days any warranty claim will be in line with the Manufacturers standard warranty, terms and conditions.
