Ross Video Acquires LAMA, Expanding Cloud-Based Audio Capabilities

Ross Video has announced the acquisition of LAMA, a Dutch developer of innovative live audio production software founded in 2020.

The deal was closed on September 3, 2025, and marks a major step forward in strengthening Ross Video’s end-to-end live production solutions — with advanced, software-defined audio tools now part of the portfolio.

LAMA began with three core products — LAMA Auto Mix, LAMA Mix, and LAMA Connect — designed to simplify and modernise live audio workflows. The platform enables fast, flexible, and cloud-ready production, supporting use cases ranging from broadcast and esports to corporate events and streaming.

Proven on global stages such as Eurosport’s coverage of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 and within esports organisations like SK Gaming, LAMA’s tools bring intuitive mixing, automation, and seamless connectivity into modern production environments.

“Ross Video has built its legacy on giving our customers everything they need to connect with their audiences. This acquisition extends our audio capabilities, both on-premises and in the cloud.”
— Jeff Moore, Executive Vice-President & CMO, Ross Video

The acquisition also brings LAMA’s experienced team into Ross Video, ensuring continued innovation in audio solutions and deeper integration with Ross’s existing production ecosystem.

See It at IBC 2025

Visitors to IBC 2025 will be able to see LAMA’s software in action on the Ross Video booth (8.B91) in Amsterdam. This is the first opportunity to experience how LAMA integrates into Ross workflows, streamlining both audio and video production.
