Virtual object based election graphics in a virtual studio

Altered Images are proud to have been associated with London Tamil Media Studios in the hosting of the recent Iraqi Election results in the Virtual studio in Ruislip.

The results presented using a virtual set specifically designed by Idonix and Full Metal Jacket to meet Al Sharqiya parliament chamber look and feel, whilst being able to show seat based wins. Virtual objects showing candidates and their share of the vote in a BBC type graphical show allowed the presenter to talk through the complex vote with over 170 parties and numerous coalitions.

The show really tested the Ross Xpression and UX virtual set to the limits of the set with Automated Furio Camera moves providing tracked camera operations and versatility of camera height and angle within the set.
